* CIvil Aviation Authority (CAA) registration required for Solo Flyers only.. Those under tuition do not need to pay, i.e deduct £10.33 from total.

*** Local Aldeby juniors are offered free club membership. BMFA fee is subsidised for the first year.

A plastic membership card (optional) is available for £5.50. Please add £5.50 to your payment

  • No flying after December 31st 2023, unless fees paid
  • Membership runs from January 1st to December 31st in any one year irrespective of joining date
  • Members must also join the BMFA for insurance purposes. This can be arranged through the club
  • All members must pay BMFA Fees or show proof of insurance.
  • Membership is open to all, novice or experienced, young or old, male or female.
  • We have instructors and trainer planes
  • Membership fees includes all tuition and “A” & “B” examinations
  • Potential members are offered 3 free flights on the club trainers, available most Saturdays, or through the week by prior arrangement. Check with the Membership secretary
